Items constantly out of stock Fast shipping and no issues other than the fact that they are constantly out of stock on almost everything. Weeks at a time items are out of stock. I pay for the monthly vault membership to get free shipping but it’s a waste of money when I can never find anything to order. They need to figure out their stocking issues or I’ll be finding a new website to use.

I checked UPS and was advised....Package Delay Updated: 12/29/2020 10:36 A.M. EST Scheduled Delivery Wednesday 01/06/2021 Estimated Time by 9:00 P.M. Is this REALLY HAPPENING AGAIN???? This is the SECOND TIME I've experienced this. I requested an adjustment for the $28.72 Shipping & Handling for Shipping Method CWS - Ground (2-5 Business Days). I have yet to receive a response. NEVER AGAIN!!!

What an amazing experience. Well Done! What an amazing experience! Somehow the original shipment was lost, then found damaged, and soon returned to the CWS. Throughout the entire process, I was kept abreast of all the developments. All the “legwork” was done from CWS’s end. I felt so cared for! Their aid through swift communication actually made the process effortless. I am most grateful and hope I have many opportunities to tell of the excellent care and service extended to me! My first time ever ordering with the… My first time ever ordering with the company. I contemplated for days prior to registering an account. I am very glad I did. I placed a large order. One item was out of stock, but one of the associates kindly emailed me informing me and offered replacements. The reply was swift and the delivery arrived on time. The packaging was very well. Everything packed nice and tight with plenty of protection.

Delayed shipping caused no spirits for our event! We ordered for a special event. We were elated to see 3-5 day arrival. We never did receive a trackable tracking number. After searching for and not finding a number to call we related our concern via email. The response turn around time was fairly prompt (within 48 hours) we were offered a replacement order. Furthering our time of receiving the order our event went in without our spirits. Sad news. We love thT we can get what we want for a reasonable price however the shipment time was not met!
