Items constantly out of stock Fast shipping and no issues other than the fact that they are constantly out of stock on almost everything. Weeks at a time items are out of stock. I pay for the monthly vault membership to get free shipping but it’s a waste of money when I can never find anything to order. They need to figure out their stocking issues or I’ll be finding a new website to use.

Miserably failed to deliver as promised. Promised delivery in 6 days, but was slow to get out, so they changed it to an unacceptable 12 days! I called to request cancelation and they refused to. No-one will be home to accept this, as we are traveling overseas before they deliver. Will NEVER order from them again, or recommend them to anyone. Bad, bad service, QW&S...

What an amazing experience. Well Done! What an amazing experience! Somehow the original shipment was lost, then found damaged, and soon returned to the CWS. Throughout the entire process, I was kept abreast of all the developments. All the “legwork” was done from CWS’s end. I felt so cared for! Their aid through swift communication actually made the process effortless. I am most grateful and hope I have many opportunities to tell of the excellent care and service extended to me! Highly Recommend! Looking for a website that will help you find the wines you can't even find in your local malls. cwspirits.com is the answer, I've ordered PatrÓn Tequila Collection because I'm having hard time looking for this product in any mall nearby through this website and luckily I got one. I still have one bottle left from holiday. Will prolly order again here.

Excellent Customer Service I recently purchased spirits from CWS. There was issue with the shipping. FedEx lost my package and then delivered the replacement package to the incorrect address. I contacted customer service via email and they went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. They were willing to file a lost package claim with FedEx and send a new package. Fortunately the package was located and has since been delivered. Point of all this is that the customer service that I received from CWS is very hard to find in this day and age.
