Chinese junk, won't issue refund after return They don't sell OEM, it's all Chinese knock-offs. Rep I talked to assured me I'd get a refund as soon as tracking was verified. It's been a month, no refund. Now they're not getting back to me.

More like zero stars. More like zero stars. I purchased an SNES Classic which I was assured (as I asked them directly) was a legit console manufactured by Nintendo. Upon receiving it, it was immediately evident in multiple ways—from the serial number, to the printing on the box, to the power adapter, to the cord color, to the console design, etc.—that it was fake. Which oddly didn’t disappoint me as much as being purposely lied to. Stay away from this “company” at all costs.

If I could give less stars than 1 If I could give less stars than 1, I would. 1. The system is fake. 2. There isn’t any way to get into contact with any customer support team. 3. The company has a photo of the authentic system on their site but what gets delivered is a fake system (false advertising). 4. You’re paying for something you think is authentic only to be really disappointed when it comes. Anyone who is even thinking about purchasing through this website, DON’T. There are many authentic retailers on eBay. The first red flag on this site should have been the “all sales final”. Well, they shouldn’t be final when you falsely advertise a product on your website.

Fake Nintendo Systems - Buyer Beware This seller is fraudulent and should be investigated. I ordered a SNES Classic from this site in April. I didn’t receive a shipping notification after two days, so I looked into this website further. After reading they may sell fraudulent goods, I contacted my CC company to dispute the charge. The next day, the product ships from China. Not promising, but since the item was at least on the way, I canceled the dispute. Once the item arrived, I realized it was indeed a fake SNES Classic. I then contacted Highland Archive for a return. They sent me a return label via USPS. I returned the system, but never received a refund. I spoke to the seller today about getting my money back and he said he would work on it, as my CC number had changed. They also mentioned the bad review I left. I offered to delete my bad review in exchange for my refund, so I can finally settle this issue. Apparently the seller would rather write long replies to my review attempting to discredit me rather than simply returning my money. As of now I am out $130 and a lot of time, with nothing to show for it. Buyer beware.
