This Company is a JOKE They will advertise something is in stock when in fact it isn't, and then tell you that you will get it sometime the next month but they don't know when. Then to top it off they charge you a processing fee for requesting a refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! LOOK UP THEIR REVIEWS ON GOOGLE.

Outstanding customer support! They have the best selections. Prices of some items might be a little higher than others, however, their customer support provides excellent service and that is what I like the most about Royal Batch. They can even send you special coupons if you emailed them.

bad experience with shipping and very… bad experience with shipping and very long delays. Their CS team is not responding for more than a week. I made a mistake trying to save 2 bucks and it costed me so much more not going with a reputable website. I would not be shopping from here again and hopefully i get my refund from my bank because their CS team wont return my money
