Phenomenal customer service I placed an order with this company and when I received it it wasn't packaged with the packaging that I had ordered. obviously I was upset because I had ordered it as a birthday gift and I got a Valentine's Day one instead . but customer service was great and immediately refunded my money kudos to them for making things right I will definitely be using the service again there's just something that tickles me pink about a dick in a box made of chocolate

Quick response when an item went missing I've ordered throughout the years and the recipients always got a big laugh. In the latest (January 2022) order one of the items was missing. Without hesitation DbM sent another calendar which arrived a few days later. Thank you so much for taking care of us and our silly sense of humor!

Highly Satisfied Website is great and easy to use. Gifts were awesome and our friend was quite surprised to received a bag of gummy peni and a BBC as birthday presents. We had a slight issue with part of the order shipping, but customer support was fantastic and shipped out the remained very quickly.

Amazing customer service My gamer wife got her gummies, crayons, and coloring books perfect but unfortunately got the bigd chocolate melted but they quickly offered replacements and offered to switch to avoid melted just in case. They were super quick with responses. Thank you. Will buy again
