Quick response when an item went missing I've ordered throughout the years and the recipients always got a big laugh. In the latest (January 2022) order one of the items was missing. Phenomenal customer service I placed an order with this company and when I received it it wasn't packaged with the packaging that I had ordered. obviously I was upset because I had ordered it as a birthday gift and I got a Valentine's Day one instead . but customer service was great and immediately refunded my money kudos to them for making things right I will definitely be using the service again there's just something that tickles me pink about a dick in a box made of chocolate
