Missing Items I was shorted 2 items I needed for Valentines Day. And although I received the missing items it was too late as they arrived after Valentine’s Day. Since I have 3 children I had to go out and buy 3 different items for them to get on Valentines Day. Very disappointing especially because the only reason I tried this company was the excellent review in the NY Times.

I placed an order on 02/04/24 that was… I placed an order on 02/04/24 that was supposed to arrive in 2-3 days with the delivery payment I paid. The order was not even packaged by Amore di Mona until 02/10/24 after I called them and left them a voice message which only goes to a general mailbox or to three people who work there. This business is way too small and unapologetic about its errors to customers. I told them to cancel my order and went with a different company. My order should have arrived well before Valentine's Day on 04/14/24. They just don't have their act together and it shows.

Delicious! Delicious! My vegan and non-vegan family members enjoyed it! This elegantly designed compact box houses 16 large rectangular delicacies in four flavors, each layered with a crispy brown rice bottom and a chewy/hard caramelly middle and enrobed in rich dark chocolate. We are going to pace ourselves and enjoy every single one! Customer service was excellent. I emailed them a question, and a representative responded quickly. The giftbox arrived with a wrapped coldpack.

The best vegan chocolate to be found anywhere! If there is better vegan chocolate to be found, I have yet to find it. But I'm not even looking anymore because this is so delicious and so beautifully presented. It makes an exquisite gift for anyone. Got it last Christmas, this year, and I will next year also. And shipping was fast.
