Inadequate packaging The package was slow to arrive, I received this request for a review days ahead of the package. The package was inadequately packaged. I am glad that I had the opportunity to examine it before giving it. The outside ribbon was very smashed and I was able to refresh it with some work. I opened the package, and the chocolates were all askew and some were broken. I was able to rearrange them for the most part. Overall I was expecting something better especially after reading about your company in the New York Times.

I absolutely love the chocolates I absolutely love the chocolates! All of them! I ordered 4 different ones and keep on eating them to decide which one I like the best.... so far no clear winner, I just keep on eating them.... so indulgent and decadent and gooey and just melts in your mouth.... And super fast shipping, I was impressed with packaging as well, well insulated to protect the product from melting in this hot weather

I sent an additional email asking if they could please delay the shipment. They never responded and instead shipped right away. :( I wrote to customer service once more and they never responded.
