Frustrating and very disappointing company This is to share our experience to all that this Sir Jason Winters Tea Company is very very poor in service. We ordered Tea items worth 503 plus a priority mail cost of $53.97 it was dated 4/18/24 and did not received it till now. We tried to follow up on the said items but all the staffs that we speak with are all not helpful and don’t know what they’re doing. They left us hanging not knowing what happened to the products that we have ordered. Frustrating and disappointing!!!!!!!!!

It’s too soon to see any results but the tea tastes great. Love the fast brewing aspect and I have made sun tea, too I’ll buy again before I run out

I never have to give my subscription a second thought I never have to give my subscription a second thought. It is communicated in advance via email, always shipped on time and always rec'd on time. I love the product and having had a diagnosis a year ago, it is a big part of my overall health plan. The tea smells fresh and tastes awesome and it just feels good to be using it and working with a reputable company.

Timely Delivery The first time ordering was a month ago and delivery was fast. I placed another order Thursday and it was out for shipping the next day, anticipated arrival for Monday. The teas are gifts for our friend and he is enjoying both the chaparral and the sage. He has been drinking these every day. My husband first found out about the teas years ago and bought them. At that time one store by us used to sell a few.
