GBNew Customer I did not receive a confirmation of my order so I was a little worried since it was my first time dealing with Javafly. I went on-line and got into a Chat with a very helpful gentleman who apologized; told me my order was on its way; and that the Millstone Foglifter k-cups that I had ordered are now out of stock but my order was filled! I was very happy. When the full order arrived only a few days later, I could not believe it. Just sad that I will not be able to get my Foglifter k-cups anywhere after this - discontinuted!!! :<(

GBThat's service Amercia Hovered right through the web page, snatched the item I needed, and hit light speed on my way to the checkout. Butter Toffee K cup materialized two days later like it was teleported. Sent the hot water streaming through the buttery grinds and let the sunset and rainbows fill my cup as the aroma sent me drifting skyward, The rest is History.

GBWebsite difficult to navigate. I find the website very difficult to use. I've needed to call Javafly three times for help. I use the internet frequently and have visited hundreds of websites but I get lost on yours. If I just order something it works fine but if I order something and then look for other bargains, it doesn't seem to have an understandable path back to complete the order. Please have an experienced website designer look at it.

GBYou can always depend on quality! I have not been disappointed ordering from Java Fly! They deliver always on time and most of the time before schedule! Never have to worry about my order.......always correct.......great prices.......and orders are correct! I recommend them to anyone! Living in a rural area as I do, good customer service is greatly appreciated!

GBGreat Product and Customer Service I have purchased three travel French presses to date -- all are in fantastic shape. The quality of the brew is exceptional and the time it shaved off of my morning routine is noteworthy. With this purchase, I accidentally ordered the travel mug instead of the travel press. Abe was understanding and quickly resolved my exchange. I was impressed with the way my error was approached with understanding and how quickly my French press arrived after returning the mug.
