GBNew Customer I did not receive a confirmation of my order so I was a little worried since it was my first time dealing with Javafly. I went on-line and got into a Chat with a very helpful gentleman who apologized; told me my order was on its way; and that the Millstone Foglifter k-cups that I had ordered are now out of stock but my order was filled! I was very happy. When the full order arrived only a few days later, I could not believe it. Just sad that I will not be able to get my Foglifter k-cups anywhere after this - discontinuted!!! :<(

GBFirst time user Had just bought a Keurig coffee maker. Wanted to find a specific flavor at the best cost. Hazelnut decaf. Not all outlets carry this flavor, but of those that did, this had the best price. Delivery was as promised 6-7 days.

GBWebsite difficult to navigate. I find the website very difficult to use. I've needed to call Javafly three times for help. I use the internet frequently and have visited hundreds of websites but I get lost on yours. If I just order something it works fine but if I order something and then look for other bargains, it doesn't seem to have an understandable path back to complete the order. Please have an experienced website designer look at it.

When the Viennese Blend by The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf was available he emailed me to let me know it was available for purchase. Thanks a million.

GBFast, Quick delivery, easy to navigate website! JavaFly is very easy to navigate through their website, quick delivery, emails will be sent once shipment is ready to be shipped out. Defiantly will continue to use JavaFly on a continuous basis, without hesitation!
