GBI emailed early yesterday morning to… I emailed early yesterday morning to check on my order status and within minutes Steve emailed me to say he would check on my order as soon as the warehouse was open. He did and shortly thereafter let me know that my order was on the way. That was yesterday and today my wonderful French Roast kcups arrived. Fantastic personal and prompt customer service! That is quite unusual these days. Thanks, Steve!

GBCoffee Order Half of our order came from another supplier who’s prices were $10 less than what we paid. If we had ordered from them directly, we would have saved that much. It was very discouraging and we will be sure to check other prices next time, before we order from you again.

GBExtremely disappointing service I placed my order on 5/13/2022; I received my first update on 5/18/2022. This is NOT the service I expected from an on line order. I finally received my order on 5/25/2022. My order was NOT left at my front door as indicated on the FedEx tracking site. It was left at the main office. Totally disappointed in this whole process.
