GBI can’t review the product because it hasn’t arrived I would love to be able to review the actual product, but I ordered it 6/6 and it hasn’t arrived. I did reach out and was told they are having trouble with my address ( I provided a PO Box and physical..). They use the USPS for delivery, so I am not sure why a physical and P.O. Box didn’t work, and why I had to call them to find out it was a problem... I will update once I actually get some product.

CAGreat product The coffee arrived in a really cool looking package. Took a little to get the brew perfect... I liked it stronger doing a 1.5/1 ratio where my wife liked the 2:1 ratio. Overall great tasting coffee, great experience, and has made our mornings a breeze. Side note- Ended up re-using the package the following day to transport some cheese and white wine that was going to be sitting in the car for a couple hours. worked perfectly and was a conversation starter as soon as someone saw the box!

GBHighly recommend I just finished my first box and I love it. It has a great flavor and is a total game changer. My boyfriend prefers iced coffee and often went out for coffee each morning. This is a great alternative and he says he will never go back to his old ways. I really appreciated the eco friendly packaging it came in, makes me feel better about ordering a subscription service each month! They guarantee quality and a new box if the coffee does not come cold. I really recommend this company, I love everything about it!

GBWhat's in this stuff? The flavor of the cold brew is great. The reason it's only 3 stars is because there's a lot of strange little particles floating in the cold brew and that's quite disconcerting.

GBPoor Customer Service I really do enjoy cold brew, and I found that the cold brew I received with the three-month subscription was quite tasty and had a generous amount of cold brew with each order. But I would much rather order cold brew from different vendors than with Cold Brew Co. Cold Brew Co. charged my card for ANOTHER three-month subscription after my original subscription had ended without any notice that they would be doing so. Each three-month subscription is $169.00 so it is quite a bit of money. It took several emails and messages to their Facebook page to get a response that there would be a refund. The refund was supposed to be processed at the beginning of December, but it is now the end of the December and I have still not received anything. I've asked for my account and card information to be deleted but still haven't heard from them at all. In fact, I logged into my account to see if there had been any activity, and it looks like there's another weird dummy/stand-in charge! Again, I really did enjoy the cold brew, but this is completely unacceptable, and a very certain way to lose a customer. I am so tired of dealing with this company, and I highly HIGHLY recommend looking for cold brew elsewhere. Update (1/3/2021): I was able to finally get a refund. If you're having issues, you should contact support @ coldbrewclub.co. In my opinion, this whole experience was not worth the hassle. Cold Brew Co. shouldn't be using your information to charge you for something you did not indicate that you wanted to purchase. I'm glad they got it fixed, and I hope they work out the kinks of their business.
