I can’t review the product because it hasn’t arrived I would love to be able to review the actual product, but I ordered it 6/6 and it hasn’t arrived. I did reach out and was told they are having trouble with my address ( I provided a PO Box and physical..). They use the USPS for delivery, so I am not sure why a physical and P.O. Box didn’t work, and why I had to call them to find out it was a problem... I will update once I actually get some product.

Great flavor and customer service The coffee has a nice strong flavor, but as a concentrate you can customize the intensity. It’s definitely versatile without too much acidity. I add a pump of vanilla syrup and prefer it to a Starbucks sweet cream cold brew any day. Easy shipping and good customer service. Give it a try!

Not for me but give it a try We didn't particular like the coffee but I am willing to chalk that up to personal taste. The packaging was biodegradable and many other people seem to like the coffee. After some initial difficulties contacting the company, we were able to get a hold of their customer service. They were helpful and eventually issued a refund. So it is probably worth giving it a shot.

Great Tasting Cold Brew! Shipping was a bit slow, but it was worth the wait! The cold brew has that strong and smooth flavor of coffee bean that a true cold brew drinker enjoys! I’m so shocked by the few negative reviews on its flavor; I am 100% certain these folks unfortunately don’t know what they’re talking about. Take it from someone who ONLY drinks cold brew over the last couple of years (unless I absolutely have to drink something else), this might be the best I’ve been able to put in my house and not seek out a coffee shop for in a long time!

This was my first order This was my first order, not sure if I will order again. Coffee was alright , nothing to write home about. The order took longer than expected, and was warm when I got it. I live in las vegas its hot out but they say it should arrive cool. I wish there was clear information on the recommended mix of the coffee, I had to scour the website for the info. either print it on the bag or create a FAQ on the website. Great idea but needs improvement.
