Quality herbs. ok pricing Decent place I came across to buy fresh herbs at ok prices. The customer service is knowledgeable and friendly. The shop smell is fragrant enough to give you that sweet happy feeling.

Awesome Customer Service But Somewhat Disappointed SF Herb has awesome customer service! Their herbs appear to be and smell fresh. I was somewhat surprised at the packaging of some of the herbs - in open baggies with tie wraps instead of sealed packaging. The Marshmallow Root Pieces I purchase were huge chunks of root with what looks like a lot of debris - very little cutting and/or sifting. But that may be the way they package it. Other online companies provide a higher quality of the Marshmallow Root. i use this a lot, so i was very disappointed. Overall, they are okay. I will be very selective when ordering from them in the future.

99% of the time you have excellent … 99% of the time you have excellent service. Usually I can order my tea and it arrives within 2-3 business days. But this time for some reason the tea was sent to Hodgkins Il before coming to Idaho. Perhaps someone mistook Illinois for Idaho? Your products are wonderful and I will continue to order from you but I just thought it was funny that the shipment should go to IL. I ordered this tea on Dec 22 and it is now Jan 1 and won't get here till the 3rd.maybe? Our tea is still on vacation in IL, not sure when it will come home to us. Nancy
