Out of stock Everytime I have visited this store on the advice of my neighbors I have always come back defeated because they never have what I want. But that's not the issue. They commit that they can have it on my next visit and they apologize on it. I don't know what the issue is but the staff is still amazing and polite.

99% of the time you have excellent … 99% of the time you have excellent service. Usually I can order my tea and it arrives within 2-3 business days. But this time for some reason the tea was sent to Hodgkins Il before coming to Idaho. Perhaps someone mistook Illinois for Idaho? Your products are wonderful and I will continue to order from you but I just thought it was funny that the shipment should go to IL. I ordered this tea on Dec 22 and it is now Jan 1 and won't get here till the 3rd.maybe? Our tea is still on vacation in IL, not sure when it will come home to us. Nancy
