Bad communication. Email said 2-7 days. After 2 weeks I wrote and they told me my order was shipped to another. After another week they told me my order was back-ordered. I told them most places notify customer when item is back-ordered.

The 100% columbian supreme is not the same experience for whatever reason. It's still better than the brand I used to grind at home (an organic shade grown ethiopian from Trader Joes) but i have to use 2 of the supposedly 4-cup pack to get a non watery single mug.

Hard to beat services and prices! After exploring online for days attempting to find affordable coffee pods for my SunCana, I stumbled across coffeehouseexpress.com. Not only did they have the best selection around, their prices were considerably lower. The ONLY drawback was the shipping costs, which for my first order were more than the actual product costs. But now that I'm aware of that, I will adjust future orders accordingly.

Product was exactly what I expected. The product was what I ordered and was pleased to be able to get it. However, I think the shipping costs were very high.
