Shipped promptly, order corrected immediately I placed an order in July 2014. The price for the Melitta pods is right, they offer free shipping with $60+ order, and CoffeeHouseExpress comes recommended by my colleague. My order arrived promptly but there was a small error. I sent an email and the following week, the correct items were sent. The phone number on the invoice was not in service and that worried me a bit. But they obviously still receive emails. Would order from again.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! When I googled "nespresso pods" this company and their pods came up and I placed an order. When it arrived, they were not nexpresso pods at all. I called and the "wonderful" lady that handles customer service informed me that they don't sell nespresso pods and when I asked for a return label, she said that I would have to return them on my own dime in order to get a refund when they received them. I told her that I wasn't going to pay to return something that was not my fault. She basically said "to bad so sad" and I informed her that I would then be disputing it with my credit card and she told me "well, I win all the credit card disputes." What a horrible experience all around.

Good, but a little snappy . . . I've used CoffeeHouseExpress.com for a few years now and just had my first mediocre experience. I ordered as usual, received a shipping notification suggesting that my entire order was on its way and when it arrive I was one product short. No packing slip was included and no exceptions were stated on my shipping confirmation email, so I wrote an email to them asking about my missing product. Well I got a bit of a sharp reply informing me that the item was on backorder . . . The tone of the message was one of them being annoyed and it just left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm still yet to get an update on the last of my order, so I may have more to say . . .

Mistake on the Shipping, but they Rectified There was a mix up in packaging, but Coffee House Express rectified the situation with an additional shipment to correct it at no extra cost.
