My first Wagyu order As this was my first Wagyu order, I wasn't sure what to expect, despite the experiences of others. I had to persuade my wife to take the plunge on an expensive chunk of meat. The first thing we discovered was that our smoker was far too small, so we had to wing it from the start. We couldn't be more pleased, both with the superb quality of the Wagyu beef, and the excellent performance of Lone Mountain Wagyu! The taste, flavor, and mouthfeel of the brisket went far beyond our wildest hopes, and we are telling family and friends to try the same experience.

Terrific steaks and jerky From ordering to receiving the process is simple. The flank steak is delicious! The steaks are frozen in a great size - 1.5 lbs - for us. We had an issue with one steak upon receiving our order but customer service rectified that immediately. We highly recommend.

These steaks were special - well worth the price. Our first Lone Mountain order turned out to be some of the best steak we've ever had. I make steak fairly often and we do sometimes splurge on very high-end beef. Even so, my family and I kept stopping to say, "This is REALLY good," throughout the meal. The balance of richness and intense beefy flavor was unique among the American, Australian and Japanese wagyu I've tasted. The steaks were so flavorful! I'm planning our next order.

Best steak you will ever have The delivery was spot on with all steaks frozen solid. We immediately cooked and enjoyed some of the steaks and the are definitely life changing, best you will ever have
