Well my first experience with your… Well my first experience with your company was not a good one. I ordered some bison testicle to try for the first time. They were also supposed to be on the menu for a family gathering. The family gathering came and went without the bison balls. This was due to your company going through a change in shippers which delayed my order by 3 weeks. I don't remember anything saying that you were changing shippers, and my order would take some time to deliver or I probably would have looked elsewhere. I didn't find out until I requested an update through email.

My husband is a meat snob My husband is a meat snob, and the fact that he LOVES the Honest Bison meat we purchased says we are very happy and will be a repeat customer. The venison actually tastes like deer meat. I had purchased meat before, often, from another online company, however the meat was gross and bland, and the customer service was terrible. We received our HB meat quick, and by far some of the best tasting meats we've had. I will be ordering more soon.

New shipping is lacking I enjoy the meat. But the shipping lately has been TERRIBLE . I know they have switched shippers but its really ridiculous. I live less than an hour away from the shipper and both times recently I've had to call multiple times to figure out what's going on with my order and when it will be shipping. Over 8 days later . I want to support this company as I've had really good experiences with them in the past . I will be giving them 1 more chance in the coming months to see if things have improved. That being said again I do love the meat and it's packaged well and portion sizes are perfect for me .

The bison I stewed following Sean… The bison I stewed following Sean Sherman's recipe was absolutely terrific. I wish there were a less expensive way to ship, but other than that I am delighted with these products.

Definitely worth trying Have been trying to find a company who specializes in game meats for some time. Placed our first order but unfortunately the shipping carrier decided to extend the ship time & deliver us an unusable product. Contacted the company, they immediately responded, replaced the order & sent it overnight. Really impressive customer service & the meat looks really great.
