New shipping is lacking I enjoy the meat. But the shipping lately has been TERRIBLE . I know they have switched shippers but its really ridiculous. I live less than an hour away from the shipper and both times recently I've had to call multiple times to figure out what's going on with my order and when it will be shipping. Over 8 days later . I want to support this company as I've had really good experiences with them in the past . I will be giving them 1 more chance in the coming months to see if things have improved. That being said again I do love the meat and it's packaged well and portion sizes are perfect for me .

My husband is a meat snob My husband is a meat snob, and the fact that he LOVES the Honest Bison meat we purchased says we are very happy and will be a repeat customer. The venison actually tastes like deer meat. I had purchased meat before, often, from another online company, however the meat was gross and bland, and the customer service was terrible. We received our HB meat quick, and by far some of the best tasting meats we've had. I will be ordering more soon.

Now let’s talk about the level of deliciousness; our bison roast was soooo good and a big hit. Definitely more orders from us in the future.

Wonderful way to vary our diet posivitely as well as our eating pleasure We have enjoyed elk medallions and venison loin so far-- simply prepared on the grill, which takes little time. We look forward to trying bison cuts as well. The medallions were delicious and made for an excellent summer dinner party and the venison loin was simply amazing. Ordering was easy and everything came well-frozen and nicely packaged.

Highest Quality Meat and Fast Delivery Meat quality is superb. Delivery is timely and very well packaged. Living in a southern state during this past summer created concern over the extreme heat. Everything a roved well packaged and frozen. Received a variety of bison, elk, lamb and beef. Love them all. The elk and bison are really excellent. Would highly recommend The Honest Bison. A family fav!
