Wonderful way to vary our diet posivitely as well as our eating pleasure We have enjoyed elk medallions and venison loin so far-- simply prepared on the grill, which takes little time. We look forward to trying bison cuts as well. The medallions were delicious and made for an excellent summer dinner party and the venison loin was simply amazing. Ordering was easy and everything came well-frozen and nicely packaged.

We have liked what we tried so far We have liked what we tried so far. Appreciate the compostable packing vs. Styrofoam. I like that its not a monthly sign up. Didn't realize the flank steak and tenderloin were only 8oz. Thought they would be a pound for that price. We will definitely order more elk burgers and ground bison.

New shipping is lacking I enjoy the meat. But the shipping lately has been TERRIBLE . I know they have switched shippers but its really ridiculous. I live less than an hour away from the shipper and both times recently I've had to call multiple times to figure out what's going on with my order and when it will be shipping. Over 8 days later . I want to support this company as I've had really good experiences with them in the past . I will be giving them 1 more chance in the coming months to see if things have improved. That being said again I do love the meat and it's packaged well and portion sizes are perfect for me .

My husband is a meat snob My husband is a meat snob, and the fact that he LOVES the Honest Bison meat we purchased says we are very happy and will be a repeat customer. The venison actually tastes like deer meat. I had purchased meat before, often, from another online company, however the meat was gross and bland, and the customer service was terrible. We received our HB meat quick, and by far some of the best tasting meats we've had. I will be ordering more soon.

The customer service is excellent The customer service is excellent! The Bison Filet, Elk Tips (bite-size), & Elk Burgers are our favorites so far. The steaks are tender, juicy & taste fabulous!!! We haven't tried everything yet in our subscription box. Very happy with the quality and taste. Cooking & recipe cards were included in the box making the first-time cooking/grilling much simpler. Thank you to The Honest Bison company & staff for making our experience wonderful!
