CAGreat product but terrible subscription requirement to acess bells and whistles! The product is great. Well built, and sturdy. But.... after spending $400 on the pods and having limited programs to chose from and asking me to sign up for a year membership to access the bells and whistles like being able to build my own program or editing the limited ones I am able to choose from is a kick in the pants! I would like the ability to edit or modify or build my own without having to pay for an additional subscription. At least or at a bear minimum allow users to edit the limited FREE programs !!! :(

GBThrilled with BlazePods My experience was awesome! Had several questions that were answered directly with access to links I needed. I had a dialogue with a human being which was so refreshing. No FAQ page to peruse, no waiting for days to hear back from someone! Top shelf, keep up the great work!

GBProduct useless without membership You guys have a decent product but a really bad policy to lure customers into buying this expensive product thinking they will be able to use it without the membership. Nowhere on your website do you state that without the membership, one can only use one of the functions plus no way to extend time, etc. The product is useless without it, especially for the clients I work with (people with Parkinson’s). It’s misleading and really disappointing. If I knew upfront, I’d be willing to consider paying membership but not like this. Great way to lose customers!

DEDon't doubt it... The quality of the products is another level. Little detail is taken care of—no software or hardware problems. The possibilities are infinite once you learn how to propper use the Blazepods and integrate them into your work.

GBCustomer Service Completely Unresponsive Customer service completely unresponsive. Never received the product I paid for. There is no phone number to actually speak to someone to resolve an issue. You are at the mercy of whether or not they choose to respond. No interest in helping customers. Still no contact from BlazePod and no product received. Unbelievable that you can conduct business this way. In their reply it states that they will contact me again...that did not happen. Maybe someone could pick up a phone to resolve this??
