GBGot the help I needed--LOVE my Blazepods! Initially, I wrote a bad review because the customer service was not up to par (after such an expensive purchase too), but I am here to say Blazepod reps reached out to me immediately and were genuinely interested in my success with Blazepod. I work with people who have Parkinson's Disease (and other neurodegenerative diseases) and these are great for assessments and other fun activities too! But I didn't know how to use them and needed help--Brian contacted me and spent time teaching me to navigate this system. He was so helpful and so patient and I am so much happier now with my purchase. Having had these for a while and now understanding them better, I wish I'd understood the "packages" they sold better prior to purchasing it. I got the "physical therapy" package and now have a couple accessories that are still NIB and I'll never use them--wish I could trade them in for a few more pods and the bases themselves. I'm also not a fan of the $10/month app I have to pay for--maybe one day they'll lower that cost? But overall, I still love them and they're a useful tool for my group and I'm a BIG FAN of their customer service now--they came through and delivered just what I needed to use these like I wanted.

GBCustomer Service Responsive! I bought my Blazepods in late November 2022 and I found trying to resolve issue with customer support at that time to be a huge struggle. At that time, no one returned email requests and if they were returned the communication was problematic. I'm not sure when that changed, but it did and it was striking. Communication is now very, very prompt and for the most part, the two way communications is much better. Sometimes resolving issues via email can be problematic, but when both parties communicate effectively, it can be done!

SGBest tool to work mind and body! I love how versatile Blazepods are. I can use them on the wall, on the floor, on the cones etc. and there's such a variety of exercises to choose from or get inspired from. I like how they are also customisable and can be used for people of all ages and conditions.

GBI have had Blaze Pods for over a year I have had Blaze Pods for over a year, they are adaptive, and engaging. I have occasions where they freeze up, but I simply reset it and it usually fixes it. I use them as a personal trainer, I can use them for a variety of clients. I initially bought 4, and didn’t do enough research, I should have bought the packaged set with the suction cups, bases and straps. I did that later when I purchased 6 more. Smarter $$. They are useful, but I’m still learning more every time.

GBProduct useless without membership You guys have a decent product but a really bad policy to lure customers into buying this expensive product thinking they will be able to use it without the membership. Nowhere on your website do you state that without the membership, one can only use one of the functions plus no way to extend time, etc. The product is useless without it, especially for the clients I work with (people with Parkinson’s). It’s misleading and really disappointing. If I knew upfront, I’d be willing to consider paying membership but not like this. Great way to lose customers!
