Horrible customer service Been waiting a week for my shipment and all I get when I check the tracking number is that a label had been created but USPS still hasn't received the package after 5 day. They don't answer messages either so looks like I'll be filing a dispute with pay pal. That's a hundred bucks and still my gecko has no food and my snake still isn't in her new enclosure because the heat mat hasn't come. Not happy at all
