Ordered some arcadia lights which they… Ordered some arcadia lights which they had in stock and others didn't. Shipping was prompt. Unfortunately, the deep heat emitter was damaged during shipping. They shipped another in a day of me emailing. Will order from them again.

Where's my order? Placed an order 12/20/23. For items in stock. Today is 12/30/23. Paid almost double on 2 items cost for shipping. Wrote to company of which replied on 12/23/23 items will be sent out in a few days. Totally unacceptable and bad for buisness. Still have not received any tracking info or package. Obviously not a shipping issue if items weren't submitted to any postal service.
