Tasty product produced sustainably. I purchased summer sausage, chorizo, ground bison and kielbasa. Everything came solidly frozen. The summer sausage is wonderful. I grew up on Usinger's summer sausage and the bison sausage compares well and is nicely spiced. The chorizo is not to picante and has a nice earthy flavor. I made burgers with my favorite Thai recipe and they were great. I look forward to trying the kielbasa. I will try additional products in the future.

Wonderful! After reading Buffalo for a Broken Heart, I wanted to try Bison as a healthy food item as part of our Whole 30 whole foods diet. So far we have tried a New York Strip steak and the premium ground, and both were delicious - mildly sweet and fresh tasting. Our order arrived in perfect condition, nicely packaged for shipping. The website is inviting and customer focused; ordering is easy. It is obvious the company is well run. The product is outstanding, and I like knowing that this food choice is good not only for our dining pleasure, but also for our health and the ecology of the Great Plains.

I am a lifelong customer. Totally awesome. I can honestly say that my health has improved. My diet is kosher and mostly organic veggies every day. No processed or fried foods. My strength and stamina have increased. I'd like to believe consuming buffalo meat twice a month is healthier because it is so lean and I feel "full" after eating a buffalo meat steak. excellent I was worried about the condition of the meat , because I place an order in a hot summer temperature , but when package arrived everything was perfectly frozen . Quality of the meat was excellent , and company even place info and the coking tips . I have used a few other companies in the past , and so far I like Wild Idea the best
