Buffalo for Christmas I gave three families (including my own) buffalo for Christmas. Everyone has received their packages but I do not believe anyone has cooked their meat yet. I do know, from personal experience, that the packaging is expertly done. I also know from past experience that the buffalo is the best meat I have ever eaten. Worth every penny.

I am a lifelong customer. Totally awesome. I can honestly say that my health has improved. My diet is kosher and mostly organic veggies every day. No processed or fried foods. My strength and stamina have increased. I'd like to believe consuming buffalo meat twice a month is healthier because it is so lean and I feel "full" after eating a buffalo meat steak. Besides, it is a designated "clean" food by G d. I'm 60 yrs young, a disabled veteran and highly recommend Wild Idea Buffalo Co. Blessings to all.

Wild Buffalo & one odd We are enjoying our buffalo meats and decided to thaw out some for Christmas chili. Getting ready to cook it, one of the packages is a very different color. Instead of the dense dark meat of the buffalo, it is the much lighter red of beef. We eat buffalo exclusively for red meat so we clearly know the difference in color and taste! This is disappointing since we purchased a large quantity at great expense and expected to have only buffalo shipped to us. Other than this, the quality of the buffalo we do have is outstanding! I Always try to avoid "shipping costs" Am aware of your "bundle" policy with "Free Shipping" .. I Like it !! How about adding another "Free Shipping" policy once a client has spent a certain amount of money within a given period of time ? Well, maybe it's just better to let sleeping Buffalo Lie ...
