They answer questions quickly and completely, and they are pleasant to deal with. Would never return to any of the huge companies for services. Very pleased with the switch.

GBLong term lousy service Long term lousy service; russian hackers used my bandwidth, no help from support for passwords not working, all the c-panel ISP block filters failed, website routinely disappeared, third world support don't speak understandable english and support email responses are nonspecific canned garbage, difficult domain transfer. Over charged for the basic web hosting - they are just resellers for Tucows. They just sit back and fools like me send them money for overpriced Tucows web hosting.
