Friendly people, great product The Wiens's are super friendly and honestly have some of the best and inexpensive Wagyu you're gonna find out there. I've bought from them a few times before and will definitely buy from them again. The steaks come super well-packed and frozen (and I live in the Miami, FL area so it's hot and it's far so that's saying something). The only time there was an issue in all the times I've ordered it was for a very good reason, they didn't get a shipment of the dry ice needed to ensure the steaks would travel well and they emailed me immediately to let me know the shipment would be delayed. They're very professional and very concerned about ensuring you get your product and that it arrives as it should.

Repeat customer, still loving it!!! I am a repeat customer and continue to be extremely happy with the quality of the wagyu. We splurge several times a year for our small family reunions and everybody loves it. The quality is in a class of its own; calling it beef doesn't do it justice. Our Family also loves how both Bradon & Rachael Wiens are very kind and prompt with their responses. Our Family loves supporting local businesses! We also like seeing the periodic updates on the Ranch!

Highly recommend!! I’ve purchased American wagyu from several places on line. I can honestly say that My experience with Wiens and the quality of their beef has been the best I’ve tried....and the least expensive of the places of tried. I will definitely buy from them again! And the fact that it’s a true farm to table 4th generation family farm is nice as well.

Compared ranches I bought the same cuts from five sources and sampled them all over the following weeks. Weins was my favorite by a wide margin. Also, three out of five shipments arrived thawed. Two out of five arrived thawed and at room temperature. Weins shipments arrived properly packed and frozen.

I ordered 4 16oz Thick Cut KC Strips I ordered 4 16oz Thick Cut KC Strips, Full blood. I did receive 4 steaks, Although there was not dry ice included to keep them frozen during their journey! 2 of the steaks were as described. the other 2 are half as thick and twice as fatty. So 2 of these "Thick Cut Strips" Are Beautiful and amazing 2 are one third fat and do not appear to to be a KC Strips cut. I did reach out to Wiens Wagyu with photos and my concerns via Email. Did not get a response.
