Weins Wagyu makes the best smash burger. Service and shipping was great. We have not tried the latest delivery but I will tell you that during the winter when we could not find the Weins hamburger for smash burgers we tried regular hamburger. There is no comparison. Best American Wagyu available! I have ordered and eaten many varieties of American wagyu and most have been disappointing tasting similar to Prime grade. This, Wiens Full-blooded Wagyu, is where the bar is. Absolutely best American Wagyu I have tasted, just miles better that their competitors. Hats off to this family because in my eyes you are the best in America.

Wiens Wagyu - Family Farm for the best Waygu! Wiens Wagyu did a excellent job in notifying me when the meats came in stock, confirming the order, and shipping in a timely manner. The Wagyu meats came perfectly frozen in Dry ice and were packed with a Hand Written note! The Wagyu meats were excellent! I really love supporting the Family Farm which is the Staple of America!

Compared ranches I bought the same cuts from five sources and sampled them all over the following weeks. Weins was my favorite by a wide margin. Also, three out of five shipments arrived thawed. Two out of five arrived thawed and at room temperature. Weins shipments arrived properly packed and frozen.
