Expired... Received order today. Expiration dates blurred out, I assume product was expired. They refunded the products with blurred expiration date. Regardless, the shipping alone for the order was 4x that. Asked if they could send me replacement, was told they're not available. Overall, customer service very responsive.

Would definitely order again Delivery was professional, fast and arrived in good condition. Everything was very well packaged, and overall very satisfied with the service. I just think the two packs of smoki were deflated/out of air, maybe it was an accident but not really an issue. I am just glad to be enjoying good fresh ajvar with some fanta shokata.

These guys are terrific These guys are terrific. Delivery runs like clockwork and they are responsive to email questions. I order a particular kind of feta I can't find anywhere else and they ship it out promptly and within packaging that keeps it fresh.

Today on Sunday I wanted to place an… Today on Sunday I wanted to place an order for last minute guests. I was close to checking out but noticed they don’t do same day delivery Sunday’s. Aj from Balkanfresh contacted me and said they would make an exception and deliver it the same day! I spoke to him at 3pm the delivery arrived at 6pm as promised. All the items were fresh, clean and neatly delivered. It was like an Amazon prime package lol. Definitely recommend this team. Super efficient and how convenient not running to the Balkan stores running into everyone and their mama! Lol Jk
