GBTwo months and still waiting!! Would never order from here again, ordered a jamón, and it was never received. Ups tracking said delivered. Contacted hamlivers they tell me file a claim so I do, waiting for a replacement nothing. I email them and there response was still waiting on ups, it's been about a month now. And I decide to call ups, they tell me they issued a claim to hamlivers 3 weeks ago, so I'm angry hamlovers already received the money, while telling me they haven't heard anything. So I email them again and nothing ten days later and no response!!! Such fraud buyer beware wasted $300 for nothing

GBVery good quality and superb customer service The ham was very good quality (I am a Spaniard from Extremadura, the cradle of cerdo iberico). Unfortunately, the shipping box was opened/damaged (some care can be put in here) and a smaller part of the order was missing. I was refunded for the missing item immediately. A very good experience and a Xmas party cutting real ham.

GBExcellent customer service Excellent customer service with a liberal return policy, in the rare event you are not happy with the product received. Seriously, the president of the company gets involved to make sure the customer is always ahead. They carry Cinco Jotas, Fermin and Montaraz jamones and paletas, with very competitive pricing... free shipping on orders over $199. The wife is a bigger fan than I am...

GBExcellent service and products I have ordered from HamLovers.com several times now. Each time I received superior service and products throughout the entire ordering process. Their site is top-notch and loaded with information...even a novice like me felt confident that I was ordering the right stuff. Furthermore, there is a price point for everyone. If you only want to sample something, just get a variety pack or a couple of the small packages before you make a bigger purchase - they thought of everything!

GBdelicious but late I specifically ordered the ham to arrive before Easter because I planned to serve it for Easter brunch. It arrived the day after Easter. I enjoyed it for lunch for months afterward. It's really tasty between two veggie crackers and seasoned tomato paste. It does save extremely well in the refrigerator. As for Spanish hams - there's just no comparison. You eat one bite, and you're ruined for American ham.
