Very good quality and superb customer service The ham was very good quality (I am a Spaniard from Extremadura, the cradle of cerdo iberico). Unfortunately, the shipping box was opened/damaged (some care can be put in here) and a smaller part of the order was missing. I was refunded for the missing item immediately. A very good experience and a Xmas party cutting real ham.

amazing product and amazing customer service makes perfect combination. Customs held up my original order and there was no guarantee that I would have before Christmas. Josh offered to send a substitute so I will have something but I decided to gamble and unfortunately I lost. Again there was no timeframe when customs would release and I definitely wanted to have by New Years Eve. Josh's offer still stood and he overnighted a substitute and I received just in time. The holidays were great but made even more memorable with a slab of jamon on our kitchen table. Josh was amazing throughout the entire process and endured my constant emails with class and the utmost professionalism. No doubt I will be doing more business with him and his company in the near future. Oh, and the jamon was amazing.

On time and as specified Glad to see a company bringing Jamon to the US at a decent price and with good customer service! I purchased a Paleta Iberico from Fermin and it came with its own stand, ham knife and, more importantly, a really really tasty Iberico ham (and for around $300, which is a great price). I recommend them without reservation.

We have enjoyed both the Serrano and Iberico jamones as well as other wonderful products including the Manchego cheese, Abuela olives and chorizos. We happily share these delicacies with our family members who now "expect" us to bring these delicious foods which are served at our holidays and are part of our family tradition.
