Perfect service, delicious product I have been looking for a place to buy a whole jamon/paletilla of Iberico Pata Negra for a while, and after checking online, I decided to go and try Hamlovers. Great decision, the paletilla arrived after two days of ordering it, sealed and with all the info about the animal/curing process. Also included a complimentary ham carving station, as well as a knife. The quality of the product is excellent (Fermin), and it is really a Iberico Pata Negra. We have been carving it for a couple of days, and will store it cut and in vacuum (the humid weather is not good for long term air storage). Will buy again, also the chorizo/salchichon I ordered on the side are great!

Great product and committed customer service when there's a problem Used Hamlovers.com for the first time at Christmas 2012 to order a Cinco Jotas product. When the product finally arrived, it was superlative. There was a shipping problem so the ham did not arrive on time, which frankly was out of Hamlovers' control. When notified they did their best to resolve the problem and provided a prompt refund of shipping costs and a compensating discount as well. We will definitely use Hamlovers.com again when we are ready to try another delicious Jamon Iberico!

These are not exactly inexpensive products (which is why I’ve unfortunately only been able to order from them twice), but you absolutely get an extremely high quality product for your expenditure. I’m already saving up for a third order!

Josh offered to send a substitute so I will have something but I decided to gamble and unfortunately I lost. Again there was no timeframe when customs would release and I definitely wanted to have by New Years Eve. Josh's offer still stood and he overnighted a substitute and I received just in time. The holidays were great but made even more memorable with a slab of jamon on our kitchen table. Josh was amazing throughout the entire process and endured my constant emails with class and the utmost professionalism.
