Soup's UP Amazing soup, easy to prepare & delicious!

Crickets on communication Crickets on communication! No order confirmation, no email….just crickets…oh but they sure got their money! When is someone going to call or email me?? Order is too late for the person intended and no way to cancel???? Order was placed on Dec. 8th and delivery was supposed to be the following Monday or Tuesday??? Update!!!! Owner reached out personally and called me ….on a Sunday!! Impressive I must say! We worked things out and I get as an owner how hard it is to let others be responsible for aspects of your business, I could really tell he Loves his Company and believes whole-heartedly in what he sells! I most certainly gave him another go and will post when I get the taste test from the recipient of this gift. Stay tuned…..

It's like dinner with Grand Mother....without the lecture. I've tried several of Bes'Dam Soup(s) and I've always asked myself...."How do these people get it right every time". It's like homemade (actually better than I've ever had at home...better than restaurants too). There is nothing out there that compares....thinking....thinking.....nope....can't remember anything fresher or better tasting. As for tonight....I'm thinking grilled Camembert Brioche sandwich with Bes'Dam Tomato Soup....OMG!!! A Glass of Vermentino Toscana!

Hi Ed, Hi Ed, Christmas preparation and planning are enough stress without having to endure set backs, like constantly checking on old orders. You personally placed my order on Dec, 3rd and it was to ship last week and did not. I spoke to you again this past weekend and again, you promised to send me a tracking number. I can't keep sweating this gift being sent. I just read the reviews online and one would think that the ball would be moving smoothly by now. I need my order shipped today, with no more excuses or broken promises or I will have to scramble last minute to find another thoughtful gift and going through my bank. Darlene Murton.

This soup is AWESOME!! This soup is AWESOME!!! I’ve tried every one and they are all amazing! The rotisserie chicken and Tuscan bean are my favorites. Any time we’ve gotten it as a gift for someone it’s always a hit!! More importantly, the company is great - I placed my last order yesterday and today the owner called me personally to thank me and ask if I needed it in time for Thanksgiving! He also gave me recipe ideas! Those personal touches make such a difference and just make the delicious soup even better! I’m hooked and will be a customer for life!
