Deceptive order practices This company does not ship orders in a timely manner...does not tell anyone ahead of time they can't deliver promptly....blames late deliveries on some Fox tv show that aired multiple years ago....does not respond to requests for information regarding late orders nor do they provide a valid way of contacting them when orders are not shipped....sends generic email each week saying the orders are shipping this week but order does not go out. But...they do take your money immediately after placing order.

Thank you, Ed, updated review The owner of the Bes 'Dam Soup just responded to my first review. I am impressed that he reached out to me so quickly and he personally responded via the phone. He listened to my suggestions with great care and was extremely polite...often "suggestions" are not always received so kindly. Ed took extra time in looking at ingredients in his soups that might be harmful too me (I have a few allergies) and is sending me some sample. This is the mark of a successful company who takes the time to care for one person because each customer is important. Thanks Ed...wish you were in Indianapolis! Jackie

A delicious alternative to the same old gift basket... A delicious product and a welcome change from the usual gift basket or meat gift for loved ones during the holidays. Customer service and communication have been excellent. The owner, Ed, takes personal responsibility for customer service and takes care of his customers in a way that is rare in this day and age of out-sourced "service". Don't be surprised if the owner calls you himself to discuss your order... that is the way he does things. Super Soups So glad we received a gift of your soups! Really enjoyed the Fiesta Black Bean, White Bean w/Spinach, Yankee Mushroom, and Lobster Bisque. The lone disappointment was Manhattan Clam Chowder that tasted more like thick, hearty vegetable soup. The rolls are delicious - warmed up w/a little butter - yummy! Looking forward to trying more varieties in the future.
