SIMPLY THE BEST So an order was entered to an incorrect address (my error). This owner quickly resolved the problem. When the variety of soups arrived at the correct, the guests were served oyster crackers and two of the soups.!!!! OUSTANDING TASTE! BETTER THEN HOMEMADE :) IS THAT POSSIBLE!!?? IF YOU WERE THINKING ABOUT TRYING, PLEASE DO! I AM A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. Norm!

Long time customer I have been a customer for many years. I often choose to give different items as gifts and they are always a big hit. Recently I purchased several different products for myself and I could not be happier. Everything is tasty and simple to prepare. Kids especially love all the different choices!

Thank you, Ed, updated review The owner of the Bes 'Dam Soup just responded to my first review. I am impressed that he reached out to me so quickly and he personally responded via the phone. He listened to my suggestions with great care and was extremely polite...often "suggestions" are not always received so kindly. Ed took extra time in looking at ingredients in his soups that might be harmful too me (I have a few allergies) and is sending me some sample. A delicious alternative to the same old gift basket... A delicious product and a welcome change from the usual gift basket or meat gift for loved ones during the holidays. Customer service and communication have been excellent. The owner, Ed, takes personal responsibility for customer service and takes care of his customers in a way that is rare in this day and age of out-sourced "service". Don't be surprised if the owner calls you himself to discuss your order... that is the way he does things.
