We had a lot of questions and even had to postpone the initial effective date due to unanswered questions. We did get our questions answered and subsequently things have been moving along more smoothly. February starts our employees first month of coverage, so we will see how that progresses.

We are a hospitality/entertainment startup that switched to Take Command because it gives us the flexibility we need as we grow rapidly, with employees in different states and with many different types of employees. Most importantly, it gives our people the choice they need to pick whatever health coverage makes the most sense for them. This is a significant improvement vs. having a one-size model for everyone. Their service is top-notch and their platform is very easy to use. We are very pleased with our decision.
