Most of my purchases are from your competitors because of substantially lower prices. I hope to see lower prices so you can become my primary vendor again.

Reputable business & Quality products FMP has always provided me with quality products. I have always been able to reach out to them, and get a reply. They have always gone above & beyond in every situation for me. There have been times where I had odd, and very specific questions, and they took the time to get me that information. The reason it's 4 stars is because there has been a couple of times where 1 item on my order was backordered, and I would be told a date to expect it to arrive, and then it change at least 2 more times. I am okay if it changes once, but more that once is very extreme, and that typically means when I relay an approx. time frame to my customer, and then it changes 2+ times, they begin to get irritated, and feel jerked around. Other than that, they are a fantastic group to do business with!
