GBWont be ordering again. Ordered a replacement part based on a picture. Got a different part, made of different material. Sent an email with a question, and never got a response. Zero customer service. Terrible experience with one exception : fast shipping. But I'm not happy, especially since I could have gotten the same part they sent me for $4 elsewhere, with free shipping. Their lack of response really sealed the deal for me. Do yourself a favor and don't order from these people.

GBGreat service I had been looking for Sacramento Tomato Juice for several years since could not buy in any grocery store. By chance I ran across the Restaurant Supply Group while surfing the net. Had found on Amazon but not at a fair price. Purchase from RSG at a reasonable price so ordered 2 cases (16X48 oz Bottles). Giving away to friends and associates that have heard me talk about the quality and goodness of the product. My only suggestion would be to RSG and that is need to do a better job of packaging this product before shipping. The case that the 2 cases of product came in was not that sturdy. Product is GREAT!!

GBI love my items! I love my items I purchased, I am so pleased that Restaurant Supply Group had the items that I have been looking for a long time. I was unable to find these items in other stores for example one of my items is a ice pick which is hard to find. My items were delivered in great shape and delivery was great, Thank You.

GBDisappointed Disappointed. We have ordered supplies several times from RSG and been very happy with the speed of receiving the shipment. However, this time it was not as easy. I had called and emailed customer service multiple times starting 6/25 and was only able to leave a message, no live person to talk to. No return calls or emails from RSG. I finally just ordered on Friday 6/29 by 1pm with hopes that my order would be processed so it could be received by 7/3. I just now received confirmation that the order was shipped 5:51 pm last night (7/2) so we won't have the order in time for our show on 7/4.

GBThe extra large roasting pan came quick … The extra large roasting pan came quick and in perfect condition. It is carbon steel so rust was a concern, but it came well oiled and in a plastic bag, well packed in a box....perfect condition. It also came with care instructions to keep it rust free. I have a lot of cast iron pans so it was a breeze for me, I take care of it like I take care of my cast iron. The price was very good also, it was the lowest online price for the pan. I recommend Restaurant Supply Group for hard to find pot & pan sizes and would definitely buy from again!
