My products were received warm when… My products were received warm when cold items were included. Jars were broken and charcuterie meats were dated to expire in a few weeks. I sent pictures and an email asking that this shipment be replaced but have had no follow up. In the past my experience was a good one so this is very disappointing.

I loved the cherry, chocolate, pepper one, I am eating the Nero now, lol, and I just love the traditional version as well. I will be ordering again, I have been waiting a long time to be able to buy just these cakes.

I wrote to get a gift card activated… I wrote to get a gift card activated and received no answer for a week. I called the contact number and there wasn’t even voicemail; no one picked up. Finally, a second email got an answer and my gift card was activated. All the while I was receiving messages asking me to purchase what was in my cart. Exasperating!

As we all know we are looking for something different , For me it was the fresh Bertagni pastas and imported Italian charcuterie as apposed to domestic. While very good quality, Ive been spoiled by whats brought over from Emmy and the Ertenal City. None the less I would purchase from them again without reservation. Buy with confidence.
