GBVery easy and reliable way to manage and pay bills! We started using bill.com as an alternative to our banks "Bill Pay" service and it has dramatically decreased our efforts to manage paying our vendors. We love the ability to email invoices directly to our Bill.com account with the autofill feature, straight from the inbox it finds and fills invoice numbers, bill date, due date, amount due, and more. This makes it very easy to create the bill and pay it.

GBCRS answer just to send you to IRobot! :( The company doesn’t have enough people to give the property customer service. They have a phone number which is a mission to find out, then when you call they direct you to the irobot. They avoid talking to you on the phone, they want you to resolve your own problems by all the articles and instructions they send over ibot. Horrible customer services, actually there’s no services. Just a machine charging you fees. :(

GBThe AP side is phenomenal The AP side is phenomenal. The AR side needs work. There needs to be an approval workflow just like they offer for AP. And, there should be a way for BILL to process receivables (specifically wires) for international vendors. To the best of my knowledge, the only option is an ACH which only applies to customers with US bank accounts or receive a payment as a credit card transaction.

GBEasy to use and set up. Separation of duties is incredibly easy. Great software! Bill.com has been incredibly helpful in getting our payables out with no fuss. We were able to set users who can enter, approve, and pay bills. It's one of the easiest pieces of finance software I've ever used. Integration with QuickBooks and NetSuite were painless as well.

GBHorrible company that won’t take… Horrible company that won’t take accountability for their undertrained staff. I used bill.com many times with zero issues until one of their support staff completely ruined my account. They had me create duplicate accounts and cancel payments that already went through and resend. I would have done none of that if I wasn’t guided by support to do so. The result my payments didn’t go through and I wasted 30 hours on the phone over multiple days where they assured me everything would be fixed. Then abruptly closed my account with zero explanation. Don’t trust Bill.com they are for making money and don’t care about small business. I’ve never had an issue them magically it’s closed right after support told me to cancel and resubmit payment. Good luck getting support nobody there knows anything and just make things worse. They lost a lifetime customer!
