GBOpen issues The billing system has made a lot of features addition over the period which has made it easy to use. The interface is user friendly and easy to understand. But we have also seen an increase in the prices over the timeline. Also, we still face issue with vendor payments where multiple currencies are involved. I would love to have this feature. It also has some issues with syncing inventory based purchase orders hence the bill relating to the same need to be created in the ERP system and then synced to Bill.com. The feature relating to virtual cards which can be deactivated only when we contact support is another issue.

GBNewer to Bill.com As someone newer to Bill.com, I was initially unsure of how well it would work, as it was a company I had never heard of. But as I have used it, I enjoy the benefits of using this company as they make it super easy for direct deposit and to track when you are getting paid when an invoice is created. Definitely a great tool in the belt of contractors.

GBI fully transitioned to using Bill.com… I fully transitioned to using Bill.com for managing my company's finances, and I have to say I am thoroughly impressed. The platform is extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it simple for me to send invoices and receive payments in a timely manner. I appreciate the various features, such as automated workflows and integrations with other software, which have made my life much easier. Overall, I highly recommend Bill.com for any business looking to streamline their financial management processes.

GBBill.com and QuickBooks Desktop to be honest i was not a huge fan a year back from now , however moving forward with the updates that have been made and the ease of getting around has been a lot easier. i will say the one downfall i do have is when we have to sync with QuickBooks desktop individually with the 7 different companies that we have. Currently the system does not allow auto syncing and you can only be in one QuickBooks file while the syncing process is going on.
