We cook ours on a couple of different stones - the skins are incredibly easy to move around the oven with a pizza paddle so you can get everything cooked to perfection. Crust has a lovely almost al dente sense - clean break with a little give.

I watched you on Fox6 one morning and thought... hey I'll surprise everyone with one of your crusts. With our own toppings added it was quick, light, crispy, tasty, and exciting!
