Gourmet pizza at home This is how you do gourmet pizza at home. Nothing else we have tried comes close. We cook ours on a couple of different stones - the skins are incredibly easy to move around the oven with a pizza paddle so you can get everything cooked to perfection. Crust has a lovely almost al dente sense - clean break with a little give.
