If I could give them a zero I would If I could give them a zero I would. As soon as my business was up and running a little they took off and went bankrupt. I have been lost for words I have lost a big chunk of my savings and they are no where to be found. Please don’t waste your time on this company. They don’t live up to their own words.

Excellent customer service Searched on franchise gator to start my own business and found several. Most of them once contacted were either really aggressive, rude or annoying! The time to eat franchise was just the opposite! I spoke with Leanna and she was awesome! Not pushy, understanding, willing to work with you and all in all she gave fantastic customer service! I am investing as soon as our finances clear in the next 35 days! Desiree seems like a very trust worthy business woman and I look forward to working with her and her amazing staff. Joseph Bailey

Thank You Time To Eat Delivery I came across Time To Eat searching for a business I could start that would help others myself and my community , I don't have a dime to lose so I did my research and found Time To Eat to be a reputable company! So I got my cash together and here I am on this new journey in life and I just want to say" Thank You Time To Eat Delivery for amazing service and your knowledgeable staff that I now call family I have learned so much from the training modules and the zoom training meetings and I am eternally grateful for the keys you have given me to run a successful delivery business. The whole team has been so very accommodating and always there when I need help. May 9th I had the opportunity to go to the home office, meet the staff and do some training ,they are young geniuses! I was so impressed with their expertise , professionalism friendliness I did not want to leave ! My representative came down to form restaurant partnerships for me this past week so I went with him to learn all that I could learn, by day 2 I was able to walk in a restaurant and form a partnership with what I learned from my rep! I was bursting with excitement! I will be doing my soft launch soon it is more like a test drive where friends and family place orders so we can check for glitches and make sure all of my software is working properly before the full launch which I am grateful for because it gives us the opportunity to fix anything that needs to be fixed! I want to thank Desiree Malek Crouse she has a heart of gold ! and goes out her way to assure your success ! I want to thank the whole family team for all their dedication and hard work!

Don’t recommend I signed with TTE last spring to start what they call a “turn key” business. I invested a large chunk of my savings into this and I feel I was deceived and manipulated. Desiree claimed we would be bringing in upwards of $200,000 a year plus an extra $8,000 a month with the new GFO. She also claimed the business would run itself which couldn’t be farther from the truth. We have been in business for 10 months and have yet to make a profit. Not without lack of trying. We have had zero support from TTE and the training was outdated and unfortunately the staff are under qualified in my opinion to be teaching people how to run a Restaurant Delivery Service. They are all very nice but very young and don’t have any experience or expertise in this business. The communication throughout the whole process was terrible and we were basically left to figure things out on our own. We were rushed into launch without any real idea on how this business worked and how to run our software. There was no one to reach out to when you had questions. You would get a voicemail or the secretary would tell you they were busy and to put in a ticket. The marketing materials are generic (vista print) and used for every client. There is no originality and if you are in the same area as other TTE clients you all have the same materials and press releases. For all the money you are spending they should at least give each RDS original marketing. It is embarrassing and takes away your credibility as a non franchise local service. A lot of the items they provide in the package are useless and they buy them right off of Amazon. You can start your own RDS business for a fraction of the cost they charge you. They are taking peoples life savings and setting people up to fail. I absolutely do not recommend Time to Eat Delivery. Please do not give your hard earned money to this company.
