WHAT A DAMN RIPOFF! I saved for 40 years and put my savings into this "wonderful company!" Desiree called me and set up everything. They had all their stuff together. They set me up with a great business. I started it all with a small down payment and monthly payments. I paid for 5 years, then suddenly. I was no longer getting responses, as soon as I was ready to pay off the business. I emailed, no answer. I called all the numbers, no answer. I researched online. It seems that they have gone out of business with my life savings. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! ANYBODY HAVE ANY INFORMATION CONCERNING THIS FRAUD, contact ME! Thanks, Glenn

Thank You Time To Eat Delivery I came across Time To Eat searching for a business I could start that would help others myself and my community , I don't have a dime to lose so I did my research and found Time To Eat to be a reputable company! So I got my cash together and here I am on this new journey in life and I just want to say" Thank You Time To Eat Delivery for amazing service and your knowledgeable staff that I now call family I have learned so much from the training modules and the zoom training meetings and I am eternally grateful for the keys you have given me to run a successful delivery business. The whole team has been so very accommodating and always there when I need help. May 9th I had the opportunity to go to the home office, meet the staff and do some training ,they are young geniuses! I was so impressed with their expertise , professionalism friendliness I did not want to leave ! My representative came down to form restaurant partnerships for me this past week so I went with him to learn all that I could learn, by day 2 I was able to walk in a restaurant and form a partnership with what I learned from my rep! I was bursting with excitement! I will be doing my soft launch soon it is more like a test drive where friends and family place orders so we can check for glitches and make sure all of my software is working properly before the full launch which I am grateful for because it gives us the opportunity to fix anything that needs to be fixed! I want to thank Desiree Malek Crouse she has a heart of gold ! and goes out her way to assure your success ! I want to thank the whole family team for all their dedication and hard work!

Great Opportunity If You're Willing to Work Hard I started working with TIme To Eat a little over a year ago. I would not have been able to start my delivery business without them. Their team is responsive, helpful and professional. Starting a business is never easy, and my journey hasn't been easy. I didn't expect it to be. I feel too many people pay TTE their fee and think a business will magically grow with little or no effort on their own part. TTE gives you the tools and a roadmap, but you have to choose to use those tools and follow their path or do it your own way. Every market is different, and an entrepreneur needs to be flexible and able to make decisions that will work for their unique situation. One should not expect TTE to hold all the answers in their hands. I didn't follow everything TTE told me. I started down their path, and when I met with restaurant after restaurant, I learned their needs and started doing things differently to accommodate them. A business owner must be 100% accountable for their business. When I read reviews blaming TTE about their own failures, it is clear to me the real reason they fail is lack of accountability. Time to Eat points you in the right direction. You have to bust your butt to ensure you arrive at your destination. If you're not willing to work hard, don't sign up with TTE. Don't start your own business. Continue being an employee and procrastinating on someone else's dime.

I have text messages from the owner of TTE stating I am one of the most successful businesses they have worked with. My review is not related drive or my capabilities as a business owner. Time to Eat represents itself as an experienced Food Delivery, Start Up business. A few Google searches will show a very spotty internet presence over the past few years. They claim their product is turn-key, and they work hard to stand by that by taking short-cuts in the industry and making promises they can't keep. After working with them, I realized very quickly the services they offer are outsourced through a third party. Included in your package, they offer support throughout the life of your business. Since they are not the software provider, the process to gain assistance is to reach out to TTE and then they have to wait to get trained on how to answer your question by contacting the software company they set you up with. I assumed for the prices of the packages, I would be dealing directly with the software company designer so I could customize my site to fit the needs of my business model. In fact, they just put you on a platform with several other businesses like yours. So when they present to you, your "customized website and app", it is simply the template the software company offers and you will see several with the same template. They are not educated in state tax laws and this is concerning since the food delivery service is one of the fastest growing industries right now and it is vital to the life of the business to be current on state tax laws. You will need to hire an experienced CPA to manage this part of your business and it will most likely be an expensive CPA since the industry tax laws are changing so quickly and you will want to hire one that spends the money on continuing their education so that you are filing your taxes properly throughout all of the changes. They are located in the state of CA. If you live in other parts of the country that aren't bankrupt I would seek out finding someone in your area to help you out. They encourage you to use their name and marketing and require you to complete spreadsheets of your contacts and the businesses you partner with. They also encourage you as you are ready to launch your business, to create a few fake emails to write reviews with. I assume they would practice this in their business if they are recommending it to start -up companies who pay thousands of dollars for their expert advice. I have worked very hard to build a successful business in spite of being a TTE client. In fact, learning from them, gave me excellent insight to what my competition would be and I just offered my restaurants better service than what I knew was being offered. Now, as a successful, and still learning, RDS business, I have been witness to how their business model impacts the other businesses who share a platform with them. Their lack of knowledge in an industry they claim to be experts in, backlogs our support tickets by more than 30 days. Unethical sales training has created major policy changes for the entire platform and this has impacted RDS businesses that have decades of experience and have grown through all of the changes in this industry. If you are considering starting an RDS I would recommend another resource. Choosing to enter in through TTE will make your journey much longer than it needs to be and if you have a great business model, it will take longer to gain respect from your peers because the general consensus is that TTE clients are lowering the standards in the industry and for those that have worked at this business for several years, they don't respect businesses entering in to their market through short cuts. There is knowledge everywhere, TTE is not "the expert" when it comes to 3-rd party delivery businesses. It was worth my money to learn what not to do but now that I have the knowledge I'm happy to share it for free and I hope it saves some of you from losing your retirement funds, nest eggs and hard earned money . Each client is encouraged to leave reviews on all platforms before launching their business and in some cases, they are offered marketing materials or supplies in exchange. If you are already a client, congratulations you are in an excellent industry and you can have a successful business as long as you don't limit yourself to the guidance TTE offers you. :)
