Love Efooddepot Efooddepot is great! Ever since discovering their online store, I no longer do my grocery shopping in my local markets anymore. They have such a large variety of different ethnic products; from Thia food to Indian. I can find things on there that I can never find in my own area. Best part is, prices are extremely comparable and shipping/delivery time is excellent. Couldn't be happier overall. Highly recommend.

Never received my order. I placed my order on Oct 6, 2017. My order didn't get processed until I contacted the seller on Facebook on Oct 30 and told me that I should be expecting for my order to arrive within the week of Nov 6. But I still haven't received my order to this date - 11/12/2017. The website is totally misleading when it says "Economy Shipping (10-14 days)"!! So unprofessional! Never again order from this seller/website!!

Deceptive selling practices We have ordered a product that was to be from Germany. Instead, they sent one made in China. They think we would not notice. The company replied to us that we should get over ourselves because it was a bottle of sauce and told us that they do not wish we shopped at their store any more. How cute, lol! We are in the processes of contacting US Customs to make sure that they are not brining products to US that have wrong country of origin and advertise them as something else than it truly is. That is deceptive.

I still not receive my order that i … I still not receive my order that i placed a month ago, luckily I use paypal for payment. I tried to contact the seller but the seller never respond. So I escalate the issue to paypal to refund me and cancel my order. What a waste of time.

Expired Product & Damage Goods Efooddepot is the worst online shopping i ever bought from, they ship expired items and damage goods. I ordered from Efooddepot for $86.46 and 2/3 of the foods either damage due to poor packaging or expired. contact efood to sort this issue out its useless. Stay Away from Efooddepot.com
