Price is reasonable, but cost for weight surcharge is terribly marked up and some products are occasionally past expiration date or there are case that is concealed or wiped off to hide. Good place to shop, just lil beware that expired products might arrive to your door.

Deceptive selling practices We have ordered a product that was to be from Germany. Instead, they sent one made in China. They think we would not notice. The company replied to us that we should get over ourselves because it was a bottle of sauce and told us that they do not wish we shopped at their store any more. How cute, lol! We are in the processes of contacting US Customs to make sure that they are not brining products to US that have wrong country of origin and advertise them as something else than it truly is. That is deceptive.

It was good, but now....thumbsdown I knew the owner, been customer about maybe 8 years. Their service was good but from time to time the service going down. If you go to FB, lots of people disappointed with the service. Ignore messages and calls, taking forever to ship the orders and making a lot of mistakes with customer's order. Don't want to refund your money.

Good prices but... Ordered a bunch of different flavored Japanese Style Mochi, as it was a good deal (on sale), however found that several of the flavors to seem a bit stale. Tried to contact the company via their web page, to inquire about the lack of "Best by" or "Sell by" dates on the individual packages never got a response. Bottom line, most of the order was fine, the others can be eaten (just tastes a bit old). Customer service is a bit lacking. Not sure if I will ever order from them again.
