Terrible Ordered some vitamins 4 weeks ago (Oct 6) Got an email saying they would ship in 4-7 days. Never came. Emailed "Customer Service" and they told me to expect a tracking number soon. Never came. Called "Customer Service" a few days later and she said the order has not even been shipped yet - still waiting to receive the vitamins from the manufacturer. So here we are 4 weeks later and still nothing. These guys are the worst. Based on all the other terrible reviews, it's obvious this is just how they operate. I wish I had checked up on them earlier.

VERY DISAPPOINTED VERY DISAPPOINTED! PRODUCT I PAID FOR AND RECEIVED DIDN'T EVEN CONTAIN THE INGREDIENTS LISTED ON THE SITE. WAS TOLD WEBSITE WAS NOT UPDATED AND WAS MY FAULT FOR NOT READING INGREDIENT LIST BEFORE OPENING AND DOUBLE CHECKING FOR THEM! WISH I HAD READ REVIEWS FIRST. BASICALLY SAID TOO BAD FOR ME AND NO REFUND! WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE?

As far as I’m concerned this company is… As far as I’m concerned this company is nothing more than a another Internet scam. They took my money they fail to deliver they can’t be trusted. It’s been over three weeks since I placed my order you can’t get a hold of them I suggest you avoid them. If there’s a problem on their end they don’t bother to contact you.

Waiting too long for order to be processed I placed and order and 4 days later according to the lady that answered the phone it is still being processed but no explanation on what is taking so long. I tried to answer but she hung up the phone before the words left my mouth (that was rude). I guess I'll wait until Monday to see if they have some kind of status on the order and if not I'll have to call my bank and ask them not to make the payment.

dont trust They dont even have a legitimate email address , vitasprings@hotmail.com and the customer service rep doesnt disclose their name. Paid for an order and never recieved it. They said they werent responsible since I chose standard shipping which has no tracking number. They will soon go out business
