Good website, quality product, 3+ week delivery The website was easy to use. the shirts seem to be of good quality, but they seem to run just a little bit small. the print is of good quality. The reason for 3 stars rather than 4 or 5 is the 3+ weeks for delivery. The website said the shirts were made about 2 days after I ordered them, but it was an additional 3 weeks for delivery

No one will respond to my emails No one will respond to my emails! I am now worried this is a scam I placed an order in November 25th for a custom door hanger and haven’t gotten any shipping info! No tracking number nothing ! I emailed 3 times no response this is a Christmas gift and now after seeing some other reviews I am worried I won’t be here at all

No product, poor customer service I ordered on the 7th of December, said it was delivered on the 20th of December, it was not delivered, I asked for proof of delivery and they sent me a picture of a random door that wasn’t mine, their communication via email is very slow and it’s now the 31st of January I’m £45 down, and my partner still has no Xmas present. I’ve asked for a refund 3 times but they keep saying it was delivered to the right area and it wasn’t, absolutely shocking customer service. Wouldn’t recommend.

Just like the photos! I was a bit worried given some of the reviews that I had read, however I am so glad that I decided to chance it! Shipping took about a month to get to Canada, but it was well worth the wait. The shirt is perfect for the summer, light weight and made of polyester, and most importantly, our dog's face turned out perfectly! There is a slight bluish tinge to his white fur, but that may just be shadowing from the photo I sent in. I will definitely be ordering from here again
